IMMUMEDIC · Plataforma europea de información sobre terapia con células dendríticas · Sin promesas de curación
Working Version: These Terms and Conditions should be legally adapted to the actual invoicing contracting party and the specific laboratory/service process before final commercial live use.

1. Scope

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für über dendriticcell.eu bestellte diagnostische Leistungen, Blood-Collection Kits, Laboruntersuchungen and damit verbandene organisatorische Leistungen.

2. Contracting Party

The contracting party is the IMMUMEDIC company named in the Legal Notice and order confirmation. Qualified external laboratories and medical service providers may be involved for individual analyses.

3. Subject of Services

The subject matter is the selected diagnostics and/or organisational provision of blood-collection and shipping material. Medical indication, blood collection, diagnosis and treatment decisions remain the responsibility of the authorised medical professional.

4. Formation of Contract

The presentation on the website does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting the order, the customer places a binding order. The contract is concluded by order confirmation, invoicing or commencement of the agreed service.

5. Prices and payment

The prices shown at the time of ordering or in the order confirmation apply. Shipping, taxes and additional individually commissioned services are stated transparently. Invoices must be paid within the stated payment period.

6. Blood-collection kit and samples

The customer selects the shipping address for the kit and is responsible for its accuracy. The pre-analytical and shipping requirements of the performing laboratory must be followed. Unsuitable, incomplete or late samples may require a repeat blood collection.

7. DCT-Included Diagnostics

The “DCT included” option applies only if an existing IMMUMEDIC DCT treatment contract covers the relevant diagnostics. Status is checked before processing.

8. Health Insurance

IMMUMEDIC generally does not bill health insurers directly unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The invoice recipient remains liable for payment. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

9. Medical responsibility

Laboratory values, immune status, tumour markers and CTC analyses do not replace histology, imaging or a medical diagnosis and must not be used in isolation as the basis for a treatment decision.

10. Liability

Statutory liability rules apply. Liability is not limited for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health or for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Where a customer, as a consumer, has a statutory right of withdrawal in a distance contract, the statutory provisions and the separate withdrawal information apply.

12. Privacy

The processing of personal and health data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

13. Final Provisions

Mandatory statutory consumer-protection provisions remain unaffected. Version: August 2026.
